HOC now offers four convenient locations for making rent payments and handling paperwork relating to your housing subsidy.

However, effective March 1, 2009, the Resident Accounting windows at 10400 Detrick Avenue will be closed. Residents will still be able to leave rent payments in the drop box outside the building or in the lobby during business hours.

As many of you already know, HOC opened two new Customer Service Centers in 2008. One center is in Silver Spring and one in Gaithersburg. Both centers are convenient to public transportation by either bus or subway. Although mailing your rent payment is still an option, many residents prefer to pay rent in person. The new centers give HOC residents two more locations to choose from when making rent payments. Both centers have drop boxes located in the lobby and are staffed with Specialists who can answer questions and assist you with your needs.

You can drop your monthly rent payment at any of the following locations:
