Job Description:

This position provides administrative support for the Compliance Department including, but not limited to, the following: Compile and maintain data; coordinate meetings and trainings; scan and send documents that the Compliance Department receives in response to Rent Collect Global (RCG); update and maintain the Davis-Bacon, Section 3/HOC Works, Tenant Selection Plans, RCG, and Compliance Analyst project tracking; State Department of Assessments and Taxation (SDAT) Exemption Application compilation; respond to basic phone calls about reasonable accommodation review and Client Compliance status; provide customer service to internal staff and external customers; generate mass mailings; perform data entry and other general clerical tasks (photocopying, filling, scanning, etc.); distribute office mailings; and maintain data using MS Excel, Word, and Access and agency databases. This position is also responsible for reviewing documentation for various program updates as well as assigning and distributing assignments as per their supervisor’s guidance.

Preferred Skills:

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of administrative/clerical experience in an office setting.
  • Knowledge of office practices and procedures is required.
  • Must have basic computer skills including proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in database management using Excel, Access, and other data management programs preferred.
  • Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently, with the ability to multitask, is essential.
