The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC) is in the process of revising its procurement policy and procedures in order to implement the HUD-mandated transition for Federally-funded procurement activities from 24 CFR 85.36 to 2 CFR 200.317 through 200.326.  HOC must implement a revised procurement policy no later than June 30, 2017.   In the interim period, HOC will continue to conduct its procurement of Federally-funded activities in accordance with 24 CFR 85.36.

Montgomery County Inter-Agency Central Vendor Registration

This system is a collaborative effort between Montgomery County GovernmentMontgomery CollegeMontgomery County Public Schools, and Housing Opportunities Commission.

It is the one-stop registration system for companies who are interested in providing goods and services to one or more county agencies’ procurement offices. It allows potential vendors to create and maintain their registration at no financial cost, and ensures that county agencies always have up-to-date vendor information.
