Christopher Hatcher was appointed to the Housing Opportunities Commission in March 2015.
Mr. Hatcher is an attorney who specializes in business transactions and Real Estate law. He has extensive knowledge and experience with housing policy and development. As an attorney, he has seen how land use and housing decisions impact the lives of citizens.
Mr. Hatcher earned his law degree at the University of Maryland School of Law. He also holds a Bachelors degree from Morehouse College. After graduating Morehouse College, Mr. Hatcher served as a team leader with a non-profit in Georgia called Hands on Atlanta. In this capacity, he mentored middle school students in areas where family resources are limited.
