Job Description:

This position will be responsible for coordinating the outing and incoming correspondence of approximately 300 RSP clients, related to annual certifications, eligibility notices and program updates. Also scans all client applications and accompanying documents into the HOC Onbase system. Routinely, verifies client income via phone calls to employers. Maintains the RSP calendar of certification appointments and recruitment events. Assists as needed during on site recruitment events.  This is a one year term position. 

Preferred Skills:

  • Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Requires a minimum of two years of secretarial/clerical experience.
  • Must have good computer skills (proficiency with MS Office Suite).
  • Must have knowledge of standard office procedures.
  • Good recordkeeping skills also required.
  • Must have good communication skills with the ability to exercise good judgment.
  • Must be courteous and the ability tact when dealing with the public.
