Residents

HOC residents and those that receive rental assistance from HOC may occasionally have questions regarding HOC policies, procedures and services. We hope to provide this information for you on these pages. In addition, we encourage you to send any questions or suggestions to us about how we may improve.

If you need to visit HOC headquarters in Kensington, please note that walk-in hours are from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. 

Beginning September 1, 2010: Walk-in hours for HOC's Gaithersburg Customer Service Center (101 Lakeforest Blvd., Gaithersburg) are: Mondays - Fridays: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Phone: 240-773-9009

Beginning November 2, 2009: Walk-in hours for HOC's Silver Spring Customer Service Center (8241 Georgia Ave., Silver Spring) are: Mondays - Fridays, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m; Phone: 240-773-9009
