Education and/or ExperienceMaster’s Degree in business or related field from an accredited four-year college or university; minimum of 5 years’ experience in legislative and government affairs; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with HUD programs, low-income housing or multi-family housing is a plus. Degree in Law is a plus Computer and Administrative SkillsDemonstrated knowledge of intranet/portal, internet, social media, spreadsheet software (MS Excel), word processing (MS Word) and e-mail software.
