Vice President Property Management

Ali Ozair, CFA, TCS, COS joined the Housing Opportunities Commission in July 2023 and serves as Vice President, Property Management. In that position, Mr. Ozair manages the agency’s assets by providing operational and financial oversight and management of the operating budgets and capital budgets for HOC’s portfolio.

Mr. Ozair’s Property Management team oversees the performance of the properties by monitoring compliance; coordinating maintenance; conducting regular property inspections; coordinating communication from the properties to the HOC corporate office; and, preparing reports or analysis to evaluate and improve property performance.

Prior to joining HOC, Mr. Ozar served as Vice President of Operations for Fairstead and held multiple positions with Related Companies. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance from Loyola University New Orleans.
