NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING ISSUANCE OF BONDS OR
OTHER OBLIGATIONS TO FINANCE ONE OR MORE RESIDENTIAL RENTAL HOUSING PROJECTS
 
Notice is hereby given that the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County Maryland (“HOC”), will conduct a public hearing at 10:00 am, on Tuesday, September 27, 2022, via teleconference.
 
The public hearing will concern the plan of financing, including the loans funded from the proceeds of private activity bonds issued by HOC, for financing the acquisition, construction, renovation, rehabilitation and/or other costs of the multifamily residential rental housing project(s) listed below (respectively, the “Project”) in an amount not to exceed the maximum aggregate amount of private activity bond obligations to be issued for such Project as set forth below (or refunding of any obligation by other obligations in amounts up to such maximum aggregate principal amount.)

All interested parties are invited to submit written comments or present oral comments at the public hearing regarding the issuance of bonds, notes, or other obligations of HOC for each Project being financed. Oral comments may be given telephonically during the hearing using the following telephone number and pin.  Oral comments will be limited to presentations of no more than five (5) minutes per person.
