NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING ISSUANCE OF BONDS TO FINANCE (INCLUDING A PLAN OF FINANCING) SINGLE FAMILY MORTGAGE LOANS - $50,000,000

Notice is hereby given that the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 1:00 p.m. via teleconference concerning the issuance of one or more series of the Commission’s single family mortgage revenue bonds pursuant to a plan of financing in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $50,000,000 to provide funds to the Commission (i) to make or purchase mortgage loans made to eligible persons and families for single family residences located in Montgomery County, MD, (ii) to refund and redeem previously issued single family mortgage revenue bonds and (iii) to preserve the availability of funds to the Commission to make or purchase mortgage loans made to eligible persons and families for single family residences located in Montgomery County, MD.

All interested parties are invited to submit written comments or present oral comments at the Public Hearing regarding the bond issuance.
