Note: “Inclement Weather” – Please check the HOC website at http://www.hocmc.org/before coming to a bid opening or pre-bid conference. In the case of inclement weather and the Housing and Opportunities Commission (HOC) has closed for the day, any bid openings or pre-bid conferences that were scheduled for that day will be postponed until the next business day and will occur at the same time as originally scheduled. If the agency has a delayed opening, the bid opening or pre-bid conference will be delayed by an equal length of time from the originally scheduled time.
