Vice President, Logistics & Facilities

Matt Husman is the Vice President of Logistics and Facilities Officer at the Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County (HOC). He joined the Commission in June of 2002.  He is responsible for overseeing the inventory management process that provides supplies to maintain customer units.  While overseeing these units he helps to maintain a positive customer service experience and provides well maintained facilities.  Along with overseeing these areas, he helps to oversee the HOC warehouse through inventory control, fleet management all while managing the budgets and ensuring cost effectiveness.

Prior to his role as Chief Logistics and Facilities Officer, Mr. Husman served as the Scattered Sites Operations Manager and Facility Manager for seventeen years.

Mr. Husman graduated from Frostburg State University with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree.  He is also a member of the National Property Management Association (NPMA).
