This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service to both, internal and external customers all while providing administrative and program support for the Compliance Division. Serve as a coordinator for the Davis Bacon and Section 3 and HOC works programs. This person will perform duties, not limited to assigning and tracking certified payrolls and following up with contractors to ensure compliance. This incumbent must coordinate and track required agency trainings, process purchase orders, provide support for task within the agencies online wait list system, and complete other administrative duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Requires an Associate's degree or two years of college.
• Minimum of two years of administrative/clerical experience in an office setting.
• Must be able to prioritize assignments to meet deadlines and be dependable and detail oriented.
• Must have good computer skills including proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience in database management using Excel, Access and other data management programs preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
• Must have great written and oral communication skills.
