Job Description:

Salary Commensurate with Experience

This position supports the Resident Services Permanent Supportive Housing Program and the Montgomery County Department of Health and Human Services SEPH. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of housing location for a caseload of up to 20 homeless individuals/families referred by Montgomery County Continuum of Care or DHHS services to end and prevent homelessness. 

Preferred Skills:

Minimum Qualifications:  

• High School diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years’ college or technical training.
• Two years’ experience in housing, subsidized housing programs or property management.
• Strong ability to use Excel, Word, & Google Suites
• Knowledge of or the ability to acquire knowledge of program regulations and procedures.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with people of varied backgrounds.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional tone both orally and in writing.  
• Experience working with special subpopulations a plus; homeless, behavioral health or disabilities a plus.  
• Knowledge of subsidized housing programs a plus.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must possess own vehicle and good driving record.
